Below is the story for how Reframe AI Technologies validated their Future of Inclusion™ thesis and developed an innovative machine learning model to help leaders automate and continuously improve inclusive experiences for all a scale.

HOW DID WE GET HERE?

In 2017 at Reframe Consulting Services was asked by the Chief Talent Officer (CTO) at a F25 corporation if the Reframe Inclusive Customer Experience Design approach was applicable for workplace change.

Essentially taking the marketplace change framework and apply it to help human resource leaders build inclusive employee experiences for the workplace:

  • From 2017 – 2019, the Reframe Consulting Services team expanded services offering for both the marketplace and workplace, winning new business. Unlike the marketplace offerings where you had a sea of technology options to scale inclusive customer experiences. This did not exist within the workplace. Within the workplace, you had the intranet and an emerging HRTech ecosystem with “single-use” applications.
  • In 2020, Reframe began making software to help leaders scale inclusive experiences for all. One challenge. The software had map back to the inclusive employee experience design system with intelligence that reflected human decision making capabilities.
  • Back then, the idea of machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI) were unattainable because of costs and resources. However, our co-founder and I moved froward and began making software features that reflected the learnings from Reframe Consulting Services, Inclusive Employee Experience Design practice.
  • By 2021, a bold and ambitious customer partner began the journey with Reframe and committed to testing and learning more about the Reframe software features and requirements for replicating the workplace change service offerings.
  • 2022, executed a software pilot and experiment using the Reframe Cultural Maturity Assessment Model and software features.
  • 2023, based on the findings and learnings from the pilot and experiments, optimized the Reframe Cultural Maturity assessment and software tools.
  • By 2024, designed and developed one of the first machine learning models that helps organizations understand their level of change readiness and inclusivity (cultural maturity). In partnership with the Reframe software pilot customer from 2021 – 2023, went back to customer to validate the Reframe machine learning model. The pre and post results were exponentially improved!
  • Fall and Winter 2024, Reframe AI Technologies was formed and released a ‘beta’ version of the Reframe Machine Learning Model, first starting with the Reframe AI Assessment. Following the beta release, an invitation and visit The White House to share learning and thinking about The Future of Inclusion™ . Later received global media coverage in The Guardian.

Based on the findings from validating the Reframe Machine Learning Model, finalized the Reframe AI Technologies Future of Inclusion™ Thesis: The Future of Inclusion™ Is Automated Technology That Continuously Improves Inclusive Experiences For All©
